Flexibility & adaptability

Flexibility is the ability is take on new responsibilities and jobs without notice. Adaptability involves being able to change plans or ideas depending scenarios and situations.

Being flexible and adaptable at work is important because it lets an employer know an employee is willing to take on new responsibilities and jobs when needed. These skills allow employees to find creative solutions for problems when they arise. Also, it helps employees think in new and different ways to adapt to new situations. Additionally, this skill helps many people learn to work with others who think differently.

For a high school student flexibility and adaptability skills. When working  in group, some  members might not do their work so a student should be able to figure how to finish a project on time. A student can also learn to adapt better if they stay calm when they reach issues. Another way students can display their flexibility and adaptability is by their priorities when important things arise.
